Rivera Brewing Company was founded in Santa Barbara, California. Our definition of “founded:” Aaron deciding to brew a 5 gallon extract batch in the apartment kitchen. Despite the overall lack of quality beer made that day, the interest and knowledge quest continued. Our selfish passion is brewing killer hoppy beers, mostly IPAs with a few Pale and Rye Ales - and an Imperial Stout or two because, why not? We plan to dip into the Lager and Sour arenas as time, capabilities, and space become available. It is our commitment to one day remove ourselves from present status as the best beer you have never had!
